KNEE SCOOTER KC2 ALL TERRAIN

I don’t know why this scooter is marketed as all terrain. I was hoping that it would move over flat level lawn ok. Sadly this is not the case and when I did try and use it this way it was a struggle to move it. It goes well on hard surfaces and copes well with little lumps and bumps in these areas. It feels like it needs a wheel alignment and balance when you go at anything faster than crawling speed as there is a definite shudder in the handle bars. The set up on the brakes is good. The lever that engages the tyre does not stick out and cause cuts to my good leg like the brakes on another brand of scooter I was using.

I'm one who never writes product reviews but I was so impressed with this knee scooter and the level of customer service I received from Louise that I'm making an exception. I was unlucky enough to get a serious bacterial leg infection - Cellulitis which saw me land up in hospital. This product was delivered to me in Hawthorn east from Brooklyn within 50 min (Uber/Didi delivery). Louise dispatched the product , and even instructed the driver to show me how to lock in the fold able handle bars. The scooter is exceptionally well made and designed and weighs only 10 kg. Its ATV credentials are true. Using it has been breeze and I immediately regained mobility. It enabled me to get back to work outdoors in my small business. I was able to help and participate in work - Tree services & Hydro excavation. Without it this would not have be possible. It is easy to maneuver, and light enough to spin through 180 degrees. I used it on grass and rough terrain. At speed it is stable and I enjoyed flying down the basement ramp at the local supermarket. The rear brake doubling up as a handbrake works well. Highly recommend and great value for money. I cannot fault this product.

Just wanted to let you know that the Scooter arrived yesterday. We haven't had a chance to look at it yet but are very happy that it arrived in such good time.

Amelia is still in hospital awaiting surgery on her leg. There are no beds available in any Private hospital for her to have the surgery so she has to wait for a bed to open up in the Royal Brisbane. It has been a rough few days for her and extremely frustrating for us. But, she did say to me yesterday that at least when she gets home, she will be able to get around easier on her scooter.

Thank you so much for all your help last week. You went above and beyond to help us and it is truly appreciated.

In preparation for having an ankle operation, I unearthed my crutches from a previous op 12 years ago, to get into training. Unfortunately, in that time my balance has deteriorated and two knee replacements haven’t helped either. The crutches were too difficult and left me with a very sore neck. So I rang and spoke with Louise who was wonderful, supportive and helpful on the phone and even more so in person. I came away with my brilliant new knee scooter and a wonderful padded sheepskin topper (perfect for knees with scars!) and I’m already mobile once again. It’s easy to use and cute (I’ve christened it Kneel) and has done wonders for my confidence around mobility after my operation. I can’t thank you enough Louise!

I have made a recent purchase of an all-terrain scooter for my injured leg. Firstly, I wanted to let you know how happy I am with the scooter. It was quick and easy to assemble and has definitely made it easier and more comfortable for me to get around. I will finally be able to go back to work on Monday which is a huge relief
Secondly, I wanted to make a special mention of Louise
She took my initial call and was very friendly and courteous, answering all my questions. From there, as promised, she contacted me as soon as the shipment arrived and quickly sorted things out so that I could collect it from Port Melbourne the very next day.
The pick-up process was super quick and smooth. When I arrived at Port Melbourne I was able to contact Janelle who was expecting me and she kindly brought the box out to the car. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Louise also express-posted the sheep skin cover to my home and it has arrived today.
Overall, I was very impressed with her communication, courtesy and excellent customer service.
